Quick Setup Guide
- Connect the X18 to power using the supplied UK mains lead.
- Switch the Wi-Fi mode switch to 'Access Point' for direct connection to your tablet.
- Download the X AIR app on your iPad or Android device and connect to the X18 network.
- Plug your microphones and instruments into the 16 combo inputs.
- Adjust gain, EQ, and dynamics via the app interface while monitoring through the Main LR outputs.
- For recording, connect the USB-B port to your computer and select 'X18' as your audio interface in your DAW.

Tough as boots. We've taken the X18 on a small tour of Scotland and it's survived the van rides and beer-slicked booths without a glitch. The RTA on every channel is so helpful.
Excellent bit of kit. My only minor gripe is the built-in Wi-Fi can be a bit finicky in very crowded rooms, so I've started using a cheap external router which solved it.
The FX rack is brilliant. The plate reverb sounds just like the high-end hardware units I used to use. It's made our live streams sound like studio recordings.
